Refund and Returns Policy

At FreshLabs, we stand behind every product we sell. Each formula is developed in partnership with international lab partners, batch-tested for quality, and shipped fresh from our climate-controlled warehouse — because your skin deserves nothing less  than the real thing, in perfect condition. 

If something isn't right with your order, we want to make it right. Here's how it works. 1. Our Quality Promise  

Every FreshLabs product is: 

- Developed in partnership with Korean skincare facilities, based on Kbeauty innovation and R&D. 

- Batch-tested for safety, stability, and freshness 

- Sealed and quality-checked before dispatch 

- Shipped directly from our facility — never resold, never repackaged 

If any product reaches you damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we  will replace, exchange, or refund it immediately.  

2. Our Policy: 

You can request a return or replacement if: 

- Your product arrived physically damaged  

- You received the wrong product 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on: 

- Opened or used skincare products 

- Products purchased on final sale or clearance 

- Items returned more than 4 days after delivery 

- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers 

- Free gifts, samples, or items received as part of a promotion 

To start a return or replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at  support@tryfreshlabs.com with:

1. Your order number 

2. A clear description of the issue 

3. Photos of the product and packaging  

4. A photo of the shipping label 

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and reply with next steps. 

6. Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within  7–14 business days.  

Refunds are issued through: 

- The original payment method, where possible 

- Bank transfer for cash on delivery (COD) orders 

- Store credit, if you prefer 

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Bank processing times may add a few extra days depending on your bank.
