FreshLabs didn't start in a lab. It started with a question that Luscious Cosmetics had been asking for nearly two decades: why does Pakistan — a country of 230 million people — not have a single skincare brand that combines world-class formulation with local market understanding?

Luscious Cosmetics has spent 18 years building a beauty brand trusted across Pakistan and internationally. That experience — sourcing ingredients, building supply chains, understanding what Pakistani consumers actually need versus what the industry sells them — became the foundation for FreshLabs.

The Korea Partnership

Korean skincare leads the world for a reason. The innovation, the ingredient science, the clinical rigour — no other market comes close. But importing finished Korean products into Pakistan means paying for someone else's climate research, someone else's skin concerns, someone else's markup.

FreshLabs took a different route. A direct partnership with Park Korea Labs gives FreshLabs access to Korean active ingredients, Korean formulation expertise, and Korean manufacturing standards — but every product is developed specifically for the conditions Pakistani skin actually faces.
